After painting on your favourite nail enamel (like the new Call Me Ballerina collection from INGLOT), top it off and seal it in with the O2M Breathable Top Coat Matte. Let it dry, and watch as it goes from super shiny to marvelously matte. That's it! You're done! Finito!
